Chillygopy Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Chillygopy!
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the Chillygopy website (chillygopy.web.app) and its associated Instagram handle (@chillygopy), managed by the CSE A batch of 2021-2025 students.

Please note that, chillygopy (the website and associated social media handles) are neither managed nor supported or hosted by Amal Jyothi College of Engineering or Department of computer science and engineering of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering. The contents published on the website and social media handles are not the official views of the college or the department or are not supposed to be against the rules and regulations of the college or the department. The contents posted here (the website and associated social media handles) are only for entertainment purposes and are not intended to hurt anyone's feelings or to create any disputes.

By accessing or using Chillygopy, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use Chillygopy.

1. Content

• User-Generated Content: Chillygopy may feature images and videos (collectively, "Content") submitted by classmates. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the Content you submit or have obtained all necessary permissions from the rights holder.
• Respectful Content: Content must be respectful towards all classmates and avoid profanity, harassment, bullying, or any form of hate speech.
• Memes and Humor: Memes and humor are welcome, but ensure they are good-natured and don't target any individual in a malicious way.

2. User Conduct

• You agree to use Chillygopy for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorized access to Chillygopy.
• You agree not to impersonate any other person or misrepresent your affiliation with any group.
• You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the security of Chillygopy.

3. Image Rights

• If you submit Content that features other classmates, you warrant that you have their permission to post it on Chillygopy.
• Any classmate can request the removal of their image or video from Chillygopy by contacting the Chillygopy administrators.

4. Disclaimer

• Chillygopy is run by students and may contain inaccurate information or errors.
• We are not responsible for any third-party content accessed through Chillygopy.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Chillygopy (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on Chillygopy. Your continued use of Chillygopy following the posting of revised Terms indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
